TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT & TRANSPORT

The Rochester Castle Live Performances hold a cherished place in the annual calendar, and as event organizers, our foremost concern is ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for attendees. With the increasing emphasis on security for public gatherings nationwide, it’s our responsibility to implement reasonable and proportional measures to safeguard the public. To achieve this, we’re employing temporary solutions to create pedestrian zones around the Castle that are easily installed and removed. These measures prioritize public safety, remain discreet, and facilitate unrestricted movement for those attending the live performances.
Our goal in implementing these temporary protective systems is to enhance visitors’ sense of safety. Working alongside Ministry Protect, a company renowned for securing some of the UK’s most prominent events and pedestrian areas, we aim to blend thoughtful design with top-notch protection. This approach ensures visitors feel reassured within the secure environment provided.
While no community should live in fear, acknowledging potential concerns is crucial. Our primary focus is for all individuals planning to attend the live performances to feel well-cared for and to revel in the festivities without any apprehension.
